Information and Driving Directions
The Museum is located in San Pedro (Berth 84 in the Port of Los Angeles), at the foot of 6th Street in John S. Gibson Park. The park includes monuments to the US Navy heavy cruiser LOS ANGELES, and the American Merchant Marine Veterans Memorial. The Pacific Electric Red Car is Back! And it stops in front of the Museum!
Hours and Driving Directions:
The Los Angeles Maritime Museum is located approximately 20 miles south of the Los Angeles International Airport. From the freeways, take 110 South [Harbor Freeway] to the Harbor Boulevard off ramp, and turn right onto Harbor Boulevard. Go one mile to 6th Street, and turn left. Parking is Free.

The Museum will resume regular hours on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 10:00am
Our hours are Tuesday -
Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm, Sundays 12 pm - 5 pm.
Last entry is 4:30 pm. (Closed Mondays). Group
tours in English and Spanish are available by
appointment. Adults $3.00, Youth and Senior Citizens
$1.00, Children Free.
The museum is A.D.A. - accessible.
